- 2 large avocadoes (halved with pip and skin removed)
- 75 grams prosciutto or leg ham (cut into strips)
- 4 slices whole meal or multigrain seed bread
- 4 tsp. reduced fat mayonnaise
- Firm, ripe Blush tomatoes
- Cracked black pepper
- Sea salt
- Italian parsley leaves (or whatever garnish you desire)
